Scheduled a service call needed for inspection sign off for closing of my townhome a month prior to the closing. Appointment day came, I took the day off work to wait out the 4 hour window. I no longer live in townhome & driving there takes an hour/ no traffic. I began the journey & called to see if I was the last stop of the day. I was informed the technician I was on the scheduled with quit & others were booked. NO CALL, NO CARE, NO HELP. They were just going to NO SHOW.
