I bought &pre-paid for their mobile service 5wks ago, yet they never got their service to work. On numerous ocassions(over 29 phone calls & 10 emails) i requested a refund but they ignored all my communications. They lied about calling me back on all ocassions. They hung up on my calls many times. And even when i spoke to several the senior staff where they promised to call me back but they never rung back.
