No response from the customer service representative

It's been over a week after I contacted Bulgari customer service with my problem... I have tried to reach them over the phone a few times, leaving messages and voicemails... I've send email, as requested, with no prevail so far... Needless to say that this kind of customer service, for a company as renowned as Bulgari, is very disappointing to say the least. I am hoping that someone, somehow will get back to me, hopefully in this millennium, with a resolution to my problem.
