No response from ifit regarding a software issue

I have been trying to contact ifit for a week and no resolution. I have been calling for almost a week and I get put on hold and then disconnected. I also emailed them and they replied and that was five days ago and no resolution or reply as of yet. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. User's recommendation: Be wary of products that have ifit programs embedded in them.
