Paid $18.95 for a criminal background check. After paying online, I received no report. I tried several times to reach IntegraScan by phone only to hear a recorded message saying that no one was available to take my call. When I e-mailed them, they said that I did not enter the proper information. I re-entered all my info, they then sent me a bogus report, nothing that looked liked the sample report they show on their website. I called my credit card to report the scam, they credited my account. Beware of IntegraScan. They should be called IntegraScam.
