No reply for the worst customer service ever

I thought that I would try the service based on current reviews. I ordered the service at the 60% discount and the VPN. They charged me the full rate and the VPN never loaded. I called them about the issue and they have never gotten back to me. I had to call my credit card company to formally complain. The worst ever customer service i have ever received.
