No refund/lies

REFUND My husband and I were scheduled for a cruise on Norwegian Bliss departing May 31st from Seattle to Alaska I called in March after the President closed all the ports and said I wanted to cancel my cruise. I was told I couldn't at that point. Then the cruise was cancelled and I was sent about 20 emails offering me a cruise credit which I didn't want. In May I called to ask for my refund and was told I couldn't request a refund until June 8th!!!! I said the cruise is over by then, that doesn't make any sense. The representative continued to say I couldn't apply for the refund until then. Next I emailed my "cruise ambassador" Leonardo and told him I wanted my refund. He replied, 'did you fill out the refund form?" I told Leonardo no I didn't fill out a refund form because a) I was told I couldn't until June 8th and b) I couldn't find the form anywhere. He never replied again. Today I called requesting a refund and was told I was supposed to apply between May 8-13th or something like that. Well that's not what I was told both times I called. I received 20 emails from Norwegian so didn't notice when ONE of the 20 emails supposedly sent the refund link, which I doubt is true anyway. User's recommendation: do not sail with them.
