No refund. Just the run around

I never used the unit at all. I took pictures and have been going back and forth with them to return the item and receive a refund. Not only that, but I keep getting the run around, a stall tactic companies use so that you're past the expiration date of return. This is terrible! User's recommendation: PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
