My mom who is 90, placed an order in November of 2020 for a potassium iron filter. It was never delivered so I contacted Sears Parts Direct because that is who Ecowater told her to order through so they could fill the order. The order cost $180.00 and was never shipped, so I have been trying to get her money back. So far I have talked to 6 different people and they assured me the money would be refunded. Well here it is January and still no refund! I'm going to call the Federal Trade commission and register a formal complaint against eco and sears. User's recommendation: DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM ECO OR SEARS!
