no products or services ordered, but multiple charges on my credit card

I was lured to this company by the offer of "free" ebooks, but immediately declined when I saw that I would be charged for "shipping". I have not agreed to any purchase of a product, service or subscription, but my card has been charged multiple times for a variety of amounts including $0.99 on 2019-06-18, $27.00 on 2019-06-18, $67.73 on 2019-07-03. I think there are more but that is the latest card statement. During this time I have received no invoices or other notification that money has been taken from my card, and no goods or services. I have instructed my card issuer to block all future transactions from this company, and now I need a refund of the money they have already taken
