I moved and now can not find my power cord for my machine I purchased in 2011. I called customer service and was told they don't sell the power cords separately, and I should buy a new machine. First thing if the packaging was better you could pack away the cord with the machine. No help here....if you can purchase replacement pads/tips why can't you purchase the power cord? Seems they found away to make you buy a whole new machine I say no thank you buyer beware!!!!! User's recommendation: Don't Be ONE!
