I have a TravelLite Idea 18. We had some hail damage back in June 2017. We need a new skylight, some drain spouts and vent covers. You would think it would be pretty simple. They will not provide parts. They don't stand by their product. They are rude and act like crooks. Buyer beware. I have called their parts department, and emailed them as well. I have communicated with the manager of parts and at first there was always some excuse, "we are doing inventory" or "we are getting ready for a big show" then it was, "we can't sell to you we can only provide parts to a dealer." But the dealer is getting the same run around. If you buy one of their trailers they won't give a hoot if you ever need any sort of parts or service.
