No output voltage or lights

1

Update by user May 01, 2019 I would not recommend this company.y have never even acknowledged me. I have never had a company that never even sent a "sorry about your luck" response. Original review posted by user Mar 31, 2019 When I started the unit I did not see any lights on either the headset or the control box. I followed all the instructions. So I got out my voltage meter and found that I was getting 12 VDC output from the transformer, but no voltage from the CHG cord of the base unit. I also did not get any lights on the unit. The #tv920 is supposed to be your top of the line unit but it does not work.
