Came to the ER. Didn’t get in the back for an hour. Everytime you ask someone a question it’s like your bothering them. The front desk in ER is totally rude. All eatting infront of your face, on the phone having conversations infront of your face. NO ONE HELPING. NO ONE RUSHING TO HELP. It’s like your bothering them!!!! So unprofessional I am so disappointed. I never complain but when you come somewhere expecting people to know what their doing to help you and they just all sit around and act like your not important is just absurd to me!!!!
