NO INTERNET SERVICE FOR WEEKS

INTERNET HAS BEEN OUT FOR OVER A WEEK. KEEP CALLING TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE APPOINTMENT CANCELLED BY COX THE NEXT DAY WITH NO REASON. CALLED AND TALKED TO OVER A DOZEN PEOPLE AT COX, EVEN SEVERAL SUPERVISORS. FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAY HAVE NO IDEA AND CAN NOT HELP ME. SIMPLE QUESTION. WHY DO WE HAVE NO INTERNET. COX IS AN MONOPLY!!!! WE HAVE NO OTHER OPYIONS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE COX COMMUNICATIONS.
