Had a service ticket number issued to me 5 days ago, Said they were scheduled to come today,chat with century link rep today, said they had no record of issuing service ticket to me and could be here Aug 16,12 days from now, Aug 4, will cancel service with century link and go with another provider at 5pmdont use them
