No I wouldn’t

I paid full price almost $2000. Worth of work on Saturday 2/22/20. The tech ensured my car would be ready for pick up Monday afternoon. I told them I get off at 430 and asked if 5pm was ok for pick up. The tech agreed said that was fine. When I didn’t hear anything from Tire plus around 430pm I called. They stated that my car wouldn’t be fixed until 6pm because they close at 7pm. When I arrived at 6pm my car was still up on the lift and the only car not being worked on. At 615pm I asked the front desk lady how much longer because they stated it would be ready at 5pm then 6pm. She said they were waiting on an axle part and they won’t be done till 7pm. I asked her didn’t you tel me you close at 7pm? She said well we are staying open late. The axel wasn’t even apart of any of the issues communicated when I got the diagnosis. I am confused upset and still waiting 2 hours later that’s what they said and they are not communicating very well on what’s really going on . They could have got me a car for the evening and tomorrow until they are done instead of make me wait longer then what they said it would be done. Someone needs to call me and take care of this .
