no delivery of food

We were travelling on 26th may varansi to mumbai We had orderd breakfast in the night only in advanced for 8 am in morning. Firstly food was not delivered...secondly rail rider guy calls and said we were unable to deliver ur order in nashik can we deliver ur order in kalyan which was at distance of 4 hrs frm our actual order destination When we questioned the customer care person he was like nai we will deliver in kalyan...that guy was talkin nonsense...he was tellin us to wait frm morning 8 to aftrn 12.30 for breakfast. Senseless we were traveling wth two small kids. And finaly he was like make ur alternate arrangements. Is this way a food service guys talks...i need my refund else we will drag him to consumer court.
