It has been over 5 weeks that I have been waiting for mere feedback or delivery of device. I am very disappointed and quiet disgusted with the level of service that I have been receiving. I have been very patient and understanding due to the lockdown but the fact that you are very quick to debit your payment but provide me no service is appalling, I have been calling your centre and been advised that I would be contacted but it never happens without me having to follow up and wait again. I am tired of the empty promises. The least you could be doing is communicate but you have failed to do so yet you redirect us to the mail service which no one bothers to even respond on. I want to be contacted urgently with accurate feedback and commitment.
