I ordered a coffee table online on 15th of July 2020 and to date the tracking information only indicates that an order has been placed. They promise a 3-7 day turnaround time but they have not lived up to this. The call centre is inefficient, your call remains on hold or is cut before you can speak toa consultant. I'm highly annoyed because the purchase price has been paid however there is no movement on their end and no contact has been made. This company must either provide my goods or return my money. Their service is beyond poor. User's recommendation: Don't buy from these crooks.
