My booking nr. 388336**** was cancelled on July 6, as requested. But my bookingnr.: 329904**** ( Nice - Ams., v.v. , Sept. 23 - Oct. 13 ) is still not updated. I paid the amount due, 384,06 on July 6, but received no confirmation, and no tickets have been issued! Communication is almost impossible: telephone numbers not working, or with a very bad line, and inarticulate. I have not before experienced anything like this! User's recommendation: Be aware!
