Submitted all the required info. Waited almost 4 months - nothing. Sent follow up email - no response! Tried to contact head office. Almost impossible to get a phone #. Finally got a number after searching for an hour. New York head office transferred me to voice mail. Left message. Will I get a return call? Not holding my breath. They apparently don't want to stand behind their claim.
