what happened to customer support - somehow emaze decided [not me] to require resetting my password. no email return after five requests. finally after two weeks Laim replied with a password - it doesn't work - i send another message - days go by - Liam offers me cleaning cookies - it still doesn't work. Now it is two weeks since any support - just silence. this is horrid - i needed to access my emaze for a national presentation. Is my next step to abandon emaze and let my followers know that emaze is defunct as a useable product. I need a phone call support not email that lags days and days after a request. UGH
