I used my card on 10/21/20 for $23.00 again on 10/22/20 for $22.00 and again on 10/22/20 for $30.50. None of these charges have been run through my bank account. Now I cannot use my Nitro card. My wife has a Nitro card and we both have the same bank account. Whom ever we are calling keeps asking for our banking information. I was advised by my bank to not share that information because you should already have it. I know I owe the money I will pay it but my card will not work but my wifes does. HELP
