Ninja van delivery work like a ninja, the put some smoke bomb to smoke you and missing in action. Recieved sms said will delivery my parcel before 10pm but nvr turn up not even a smoke. Next day recived another sms again said delivery before 10pm. Again ninja never show up. Check the website tracking and customer service said driver writen delivery failed. So ask him what do you mean by delivery failed? Never attend? Or no one at home? Told the customer service cannot be no one at home cos we have been waiting to see the ninja. Worst delivery company i ever see. So if you want your parcel to be late for turn up, engage ninja van. They work same as a ninja. Missing after putting smoke bomb.
