A 7 night cruise to Alaska where we were unable to sleep as the unbelievable amount of noise from the LIDO RESTAURANT above our heads. Who would think their soundproofing would be so bad? Heard every trolley, every chair being moved well after midnight and then starting up again about 5am. HA's response was an apology for the "ambient noise" we heard. WHAT??? The cruise guest manager admitted he receives complaints EVERY SINGLE cruise. FIX IT and stop taking people's hard earned money for a sleepless vacation!! TELL EVERYONE - DON'T BOOK BELOW THE LIDO!
