Never recieved card

I never received my card, I cant speak to anyone other than an automated voice message that automatically activated my card for me when I dont even have it?!!! But yet, you have no trouble sending me a bill for $35 due? I put $400 on the account and cant even get it. Literally WORST credit card company and customer service ever! User's recommendation: Never use this company! Absolutely horrible!
