Never received refund for purchase made with gift cards
I've been fighting with The Limited for MONTHS. I received gift cards from there for my birthday and made a purchase using them. This was before I realized how bad the quality of their clothes became after they closed their stores. I returned $200 worth of items and received email confirmations that my returns were received, and that I would be mailed gift cards with my refunds. I've called SO MANY times inquiring about the status since I never received emails or the gift cards in the mail. The Limited claims the funds were added to my existing gift cards. I called the gift card company and they said the gift cards cannot be replenished. I literally did a 3-way call with them and The Limited was told this. It has been MONTHS. There is no way to escalate their customer service. I had a claim and then they just had someone call me to tell me they replenished the gift cards. This is UNBELIEVABLE. The Limited STOLE $200 from me.
