Never received refund for my purchase that was cancelled

I received a text the day my flowers were supposed to be delivered... supposedly their wholesaler didnt show up and they would refund me the money! I never received the refund and have both emailed and tried to contact them with no response!! It has to be a SCAM!!! User's recommendation: Do not order from them!!
