Ordered cross wave pet pro 4/18/20 never received it instead I received 2 boxes of cleaning solution Customer service is bad!!!! I have tried numerous times to get someone to talk to without success. I E-Mailed complaints and I received a reply it was shipped check with Your household members and neighbor. Terrible. Will never order from Bissell again !!!
