never received my purchased items – do not buy from newfrog!!

After more than 2 months for emails to & fro to NewFrog for items shipped out on 22 Oct 17 and supposing to arrive in Singapore om 08 Nov 17, I was told to wait for these again and again after numerous emails with NewFrog. Finally they asked me to check on the mailing address. To my horrible, part of my mailing address is missing, I checked again to my registered address on NewFrog website, this is correct. They are playing games by delaying. Lousy online seller and no responsibility. My honest advise to all is NEVER buy from this online seller !!
