Never received my package and any help and reply from the company

I placed a huge order for a few hundred dollars. 1.5 months later I still haven't received my package or any reply from the company let alone a delivery status update. User's recommendation: Stay away from this company. DO NOT ORDER from them. They have zero customer service. If there is a mistake with your order you are on your own loss.
