Never received my money by check

I loaded a greendot card with $110.00 on on July 3rd 2021 and registered it and went to use the atm and it got stuck .I spoke to a customer service over the phone and he told me to mail a front&back copy of my license to get my money sent out in a check.the email is bogus and my lawyer is ready to sue.all I want is my money User's recommendation: Never get a greendot card.
