I ordered some cute red boots last October 2019. December 27th I received an email stating they had shipped- I waited for what seemed like forever, they never came - when I reached out in them they said they had delivery confirmation on Jan 24th. by a 3rd party shipper. I said BS, I have ring camera, no delivers came that day, I see everything. I reached out to Pay Pal and filed a claim, they denied it bc shipper said they had tracking...it was all a big scam. I have done pay pal to have some better protection from shippers and return assistance. They would not help. I have cancelled my Pay Pal account as well... I also today checked RollyChic websites, it says it is shut down for maintenance... go figure :( User's recommendation: Dont order anything from this company based in China...buy American!
