Never got in contact with me

Battery supplier is not possible to get in touch with......I live in Connecticut so I tried calling Brooklyn,n.y. ( less than 50 miles away from me). Voice Mail Full for no answer. I called a number of time. No response to emails what do I do. User's recommendation: No Way.
