Neon Nancy is TERRIBLE!

I ordered (5) xmas gifts for (5) nephews/nieces in plenty of time to receive by xmas. The week of xmas 2016 I still had not received the shipment and called their customer services and left several messages. In addition, I also inquired through email. None of my inquiries were answered prior to xmas. On 12/27 I received an email which provided me w/ a tracking # and when I tried to track it the USPS stated they had never received the package. As of 12/31 I still had not received the shipment so I instructed my credit card payment to stop payment to PayPal (which was used to purchase). It's a shame because the kids would have loved the Neon Nancy product but out of principle I will never order anything from this *** company again. Not sure if it's a scam or not but if it's a real company they have a long way to go on the customer service end. Terrible experience and the funniest part is they are in Ohio and I am in upstate NY and could drive there in 5 hrs. Just ridiculous!
