Learn from my bad experience and do not use the services of the company. 1 month ago I wanted to buy a phone but unfortunately, they couldn't sell me it for some reason. I didn't have the explanation and obviously, they don't know the reason for these phenomena themselves. They made the simplest things they could and canceled my order. But the problem is that I agree to do payments for the phone that haven't been sent. I have been billed for my canceled order and it is negatively affecting my credit. I tried to solve this problem by calling them on mobile, texting them in the website chat, and sending emails. They showed me the screenshot where my order is canceled and it has been repeated several times I have been getting the apologies and the same screenshot. I wish they could solve the problem and stop billing me because it affects my credit negatively I am paying for the product I didn't receive. It is a real situation my name is Marjorie, and I can give you the proof. Don't make business with the company, try to use the alternatives if you want to save your time and money.
