Since covid I understand that stores are limited to how many customers they can have. So while waiting in a long line of people and several people behind me, an employee just let 7 people cut right in front of every single person. I understand one person going up to be with their person standing in line, but when an employee lets 7 people cut an entire line and says nothing then obviously you need new employees and better rules. I asked to speak to a manager about this but was told there wasnt one at the current location available. Please do better in managing this or youll have a real issue on your hands other than a negative review of your customer service and your employees. User's recommendation: Customer service needs improvement.
