Need warranty replacement, please

On 4/15/2020 I sent a request for replacement of my portable organizers. I have not received any response to my request for replacement, I have a total of 8 which is 4 sets of 2. They are 14.1x10.5x3.7....They have broken tabs because I use them for crafts and love them because they fasten together and are very durable. Please replace them under the Lifetime Warranty.
