To who this may concern I, bought a tractor and a zero turn haven't used it trying to return it but Kubota in Angleton Texas 77515 will not return my calls. I have been trying to talk to someone by returning the merchandise I haven't never used the merchandise since I purchased it. I have Not received my contract No one answers the phone when you mention the word tractor to the receptionists. I even tried calling the finance person they recognize my voice and say they are not in. I want to return the tractor because its not the type equipment but since they want answer my calls. I would like to return the items the SERVICE IS VERY RUDE, AWFUL, AND UNCONCERN. Then they went up on the payments 200.00 more dollars then they quoted to me it was written on some papers that what was put in a bag with the keys when it was deliver to the house.
