I purchased a love seat from the Oak Creek store on January 14, 2020. The store sold me the floor model and told me it had only been on their show room floor for a few days. The item number is 2463****. I am VERY unhappy with the way this loveseat is performing. The leather on the seats, and I was told it was real leather on the seats and arms, is stretching and has waves across the surface. Both sides groan and make a lot of noise when they go up and down. It sounds almost like the frame is giving in. We are well under the weight limit on the piece and there has been no undue stress on the piece. We would like to return the piece and exchange it for something of better quality. It had a retail price of $4000+ but my salesman gave me the 50% off promo price. Please advise. User's recommendation: Check on the quality of merchandise by reviews and third party info.
