Need Support for Paylocity Product

Our HR utilizes Paylocity for payroll, time-off, etc. An employee must approve their timesheet in order for payroll to process. The approve button is missing on the app as well as the website portal. There apparently is not one single person at Paylocity that can answer a phone. User's recommendation: Just call them pretending to have a problem. See if you can get a single person on the phone.
