Need Battery Door Replacement

I have been trying to get Luminary to respond but nothing!! A couple of years ago I requested a battery cover replacement for my Luminara Hurricane. I had no problem. Customer Service sent me one after I provided a picture. This year I purchased a Luminara that had a damaged battery cover. I requested a replacement cover, several times through email, and can't even get Luminara to respond. Very disappointed. Why should I keep buying their expensive candles when I can't get parts when needed? Thank you Debra ds7brown@***.com
