Sioux Crepe Myrtle was purchased &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; arrived in good condition. Planted as directed and did not survive the winter. Upon logging in they did not even have the purchase listed with my other purchases so I dug and found my receipt. This tree never should have been sent to my zone. Long story short they would not refund my purchase price even though I had paid their fee for protection of the tree. The only thing they would do is give me credit for the purchase price $53.95 not including the $7.00 fee and shipping fee totaling $79.30 for the order in full. They totally refused to just refund my $ and were downright nasty in their BBB responses. BBB could not help ending the case with unsatisfied. I would urge all people to NOT do business with this company. Go with the companies that have good customer service & work with their customers. I figure for $ 53.95 I own this company because they obviously need my $ more than I need to ever do business with them again. Sonia
