Nasty shift manager

Took my mother out for her 71 birthday on march 27 . We both ordered 14 oz. Ribeye steaks , they were so tuff we couldn't cut them with the knife. Sent them back and the shift managerbrought them right back telling us that she cut into them and they were infact cooKED...

》 I went to the Cheddars in Mesquite TX and there was gum all under the table it got on my son pants so I asked to be moved more gum under the second table not a very clean place to eat
