My order was over 30 days. I started a ticket and got a instant email from napsgear (computer generated). However I heard from the support team 45 minutes later, if that long. The support lady asked for a court pieces of information and said, "this will be reviewed and we will get this taken care of ". Within 48 hours I had my order re-sent to me. My order gets hung up in customs, or where ever it got lost, and napsgear resends the order within 48 hours of me starting a ticket. The people working for napsgear are top notch very quick to react to my problem. Simply put napsgear is awesome!
