My stations won’t shuffle

I still cant get my stations to shuffle. Once I signed up for premium it will not let me shuffle. Im sorry but Im going to have to go off of Pandora if this issue is not taken care of.. User's recommendation: Absolutely no way to contact Pandora if you have an issue like your stations right shuffle.
