My pre-lit winterberry branch tree. Is not working.

Original review updated by user Nov 29, 2020 We purchased the tree in 2018 at Home Depot in Louisville, Ky. 40241. and it was beautiful. Last Christmas the top section of lights did not work but this year none of the lights are working. Is there anything You can suggest to fix this situation. User's recommendation: It's a beautiful tree but my expectations were that it could be used for more than one season.
