My order was cancelled but they didnt refund me my money

Hi, I made an order with foodpanda on the 28th of July using my friends foodpanda account but my order got cancelled by foodpanda the first time I made the order so I tried again & it got cancelled by foodpanda again too the second time but I just checked my bank account today & foodpanda deducted a total of $80.58 from my bank account. I demand a refund for that.
