My lousy experience
1
I went to 99 cents in San Pedro yesterday, thought the field agent is there from Assurance because they have good reputation with a lot of people. I saw Brandon representing Safetynet and ask if he also do assurance, Brandon flatly lied to my face but politely. After the process, he hand me a phone that already been open, charged etc... found out the phone is not even in my name, the sound quality when making the call is not good, you can barely hear other person. Brandon was very rude the next day morning when I call about the phone, said I'm leaving here soon, basically, he doesn't want to help me at all. And the tech person Brandy made a remark- hey its free phone, you can't ask for too much???? Yes even though its a free smart phone, you should still able to hear other people when you made the call. If you smart enough, do your research first before apply for the phone. For this company, no one rated but the employee complained, which is a bad sign.
